Amanda Crawford was born July 10, 1980, to Linda Crawford-Taylor and Elijah Brown in Marion, South Carolina.
Amanda was educated in Marion County Public School System and was a graduate of the Britton Neck High School, Class of 1999. She furthered her education at Denmark Technical College and studied Early Childhood Development.
Amanda was very loving and affectionate to everyone she met. Her family was very important to her, and she loved spending time with them. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching wrestling, dancing, Mickey Mouse, and the Dallas Cowboys.
On Saturday, June 4, 2022, God called Amanda home. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Simon Peter & Sula Mae Crawford- Cooper, paternal grandparents Rosa Lee & James “Blue” Brown, and stepfather Ceacer Taylor.
She leaves to cherish fond memories, her parents, Linda Taylor and Elijah Brown, two sisters, Roschelle (Anthony Sr) Gause and Reba Davis, a brother Elijah Willis, a niece Sha’Quilla Gause, a nephew, Anthony Gause Jr, as well as a godson, Ny’Qwan Crawford whom she raised as her own, five "Bonus" daughters, Allardrekia Cain, Allarquashia Cain, Allarquana Cain, Courtney Durant, and Kaneshia Durant, ten bonus grandkids, two special cousins, Felica (Maurice) Timmons and Lynett (Bruce) Gibbs, a special friend, Norman Woodberry, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
