Funeral service for Mr. Antonio Armand "G Moe" Bacote will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, December 15, 2019 at J. O. & Annette Smith Memorial Chapel, 307 S. Johns St., Florence. Interment will follow in Mary Jo Waters Cemetery, directed by Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC. Mr. Antonio Armand Bacote, the son to the late Melvin Williams and Ann Bacote was born November 28, 1975 in Florence County. He departed this life on Friday, December 6, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. Antonio, better known to family and friends as “G Moe” attended Florence County Public Schools. He preceded in death by his parents; paternal grandmother, Daisy Mitchell; paternal great grandparents, Francis and Edna Mae Williams; maternal grandmother, Barbara Gregg McLaughlin. Antonio leaves to cherish his precious memories: three brothers, Angelo McLaughlin of Florence, South Carolina, Jermaine Williams of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Melvin (Danyel) Williams-Bostic of Florence, South Carolina; two sisters, Latosha Bacote and Marcia (Bryant) Taylor both of Lake City, South Carolina; fourteen uncles and aunts, Maria Lighty, Jonathan McLaughlin, Zenia (Jimmy) McLaughlin-Williams, Nourise McLaughlin, Stephanie McLaughlin, Berry McLaughlin, Terry McLaughlin, Melvina McCullum, Viola Williams, Kenny Hawkins, Foster Mitchell, Jimmy Mitchell, Ricky Mitchell and Erskine Green all of Florence, South Carolina; a stepmother, Alice Bostic; a host of nephews; nieces; other relatives; and friends. Antonio Armand “G Moe” Bacote will always be remembered as a fun loving, smooth dresser, sweet, talkative, and passionate person.
