MRS. RALPHEEN M. GREGG, a daughter of the late Willie "Bubba" Milling and Mrs. Challine Milling was born on August 22, 1943, in Darlington County. She quietly entered into her final resting place on Tuesday morning, January 9, 2024 at her home.
She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
Ralpheen received her formal education in the Darlington County public schools, graduating from Rosenwald High School, Class of 1961.
At an early age, she joined Round O Missionary Baptist Church until she moved to Yonkers, New York and became an active member of Jesus Only Apostolic Church. After relocating to Woodbridge, Virginia, she joined Dale City Christian Church, until retiring to South Carolina.
On July 1, 1961, she was united in marriage to the late Robert L. Gregg, Jr., this union was blessed with three children.
Ralpheen was employed by Crum and Foster Insurance Company, Manhattan, New York for twenty plus years. She then moved to Woodbridge, Virginia and retired from the Prince William Police Department.
Those who shared the joys of life with her and survive to cherish her memories are her three children, Robbie Gregg of Pensacola, Florida, Ursula L Gregg and William Gregg of the home; Siblings: Willie C. (Irene) Milling and Carrie M. Lunn all of Darlington, South Carolina, Arthur L. (Mary) Milling of Woodbridge, Virginia; step-granddaughter, Shaevaughn Theard of Galveston, Texas; granddaughters, Quendalyn Smith of Milton, Florida and Easaunte Gregg of Galveston, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
